We receive data from our customers for the purpose of deliveries. This consists of a contact name, business name, address and telephone number. This is stored on our system purely for future re-orders.

How we use data
The data provided enables us to send quotes and book in orders. It also allows us to to keep historical activity for re-quoting and ordering. We are required to pass to third-parties; Contact name, business name, address and telephone number, these are to couriers for the purpose of deliveries. This information is also passed to our suppliers when on the rare occasion sending items direct. We do not pass on data to third-parties unless it is to full fill an order. We hold records open your request of the information passed to the third-parties.
